Cheshire Building Consult was originally set up for drawing plans and building control specification for various types of domestic constructions. Since time has progressed, we don’t carry out plan drawing and have moved into other avenues however would like to maintain Building Control as an option for principle designer roles under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Cheshire Building Consult offers services in Fire safety for all types of properties. We can carry out Fire risk assessments, PAT testing, Legionella test reports and can also prepare full fire strategy plans for buildings that undergo alterations or renovations as well as new build.
