Services we offer.
Structural integrity reports of existing buildings.
We can carry out structural appraisals of existing buildings where these have been damaged or become defective and pose a potential danger to structural failure, or even full appraisals and designs for Buildings that are details and proposed to be converted or reinstated for Building Regulations Compliance.
Foundation design
We can carry out designs for various types of foundation designs weather these are to be Deep trench, piled foundations, or a raft design. Designs can vary dependant of ground conditions such as hydrocarbons or Radon gas as well as building near trees due to heave and shrinkage.
Structural alterations design reports.
We can provide structural appraisals including redesigns for various works from removal of load bearing walls, removal of chimney breasts, creating open plan living, extensions and knock throughs, or creating open plan living.
Intrusive Inspections,
Testing & Monitoring of Buildings: In some cases, surface-level inspections are not enough. Our intrusive inspections involve detailed testing and monitoring to identify hidden issues that could compromise safety.
